1:1 Narrative coaching session
Whether you are on a turning point in your life, or if you just sense some itchies in your work or relationship, a coaching session helps you to rebalance.
Often when we experience problems in our life, we think that we are the problem ourself… We start doubting ourself.. “Am I good enough for this job?” “Am I the right husband, wife or friend?”
But… You are not the problem! The problem you are experiencing is part of the limiting story you are living. It’s part of the story or even stories you’ve been told by others, or that you tell yourself.
During a narrative coaching session we are diving into this story. We’ll explore the script that has been shaping the choices you make in life. We’ll focus on the elements your story contain. We’ll unravel the knots and threads of stories of the past that are hindering you in you day-to-day life.
Because if you rebalance your story, your live will be more in a flow.
Content of a session
In a 1:1 coaching session, you will:
- be the hero of you own story
- identify one or more stories that are holding you back
- determine the story elements of this hindering story
- discover what is the treasure that your dragon is guarding
- (re)connect to your (inner) support team
After a coaching session you have more overview of the situation you were struggeling with and you know what first step to take.
